What It Is: A concrete curing aid that seals, hardens, and dust-proofs concrete

Formulation: A Water-based Silane/Siloxane
Coverage Rate: Approx. 150-500 sq. ft. / gallon (See TDS for details)
Floor-Lok™
cures, seals, hardens and dustproofs new and aged concrete by penetrating deep into the concrete’s surface. Floor-Lok™ also protects surfaces from damage caused by water intrusion and seepage, chloride ion intrusion, cracking caused by freeze-thaw cycles, spalling and scaling, and UV light. In addition, Floor-Lok™ helps prevent efflorescence and lime run. Super Stucco is eligible for a material warranty of up to 1 year.
Non-film Forming Sealer
A 100% breathable water repellent and dustproofer for vertical and horizontal, interior and exterior, concrete and masonry surfaces.
Natural Finish
Preserve the look of the project with 100% breathable and invisible protection that will not yellow over time.
Safe to Use
Contains less than 15 g/L V.O.C.’s, no carcinogens, very low odor and can be applied on interior and exterior surfaces.
Easy to Apply
Spray on easily in a flood coat using an airless sprayer.
