MDR HD 100
is a cleaning solution that dissolves and removes minerals and stains to beautify and create a uniform substrate appearance. This stain remover solution is an easy-to-use, spray-on, and rinse-off (environmentally safe). It is recommended as a pre-treatment to clean masonry surfaces and various substrates. Once clean, allow the surface to fully dry before sealing or applying a coating.

Removes Rust, Mineral, and Metal Oxide Stains
Clean existing stains with MDR HD 100 and then seal using a RainguardPro sealer.
Beautifies Wood to its Intended Design
Removes tannin stains and brightens wood.
Easy Spray on and Rinse Off Application
No scrubbing is needed. Does not require respirators.
Prepares Masonry for Sealers and Top-Coats
Reduces water introduction that prevents more efflorescence.
- Use as a surface prep before applying a water repellent
- If removing efflorescence or other mineral stains, use Restore-N-Prep
- MDR HD can be used to remove tannins and brighten wood before using a stain like Color-Lok
