Tec-Top Elastomeric Waterproofer
is a premium quality, high build, 100% acrylic water-based elastomeric coating for waterproofing. Tec-Top Elastomeric is vapor permeable yet resists the effects of wind-driven rain. It restores and beautifies damaged masonry surfaces as well as unifies new surface colors and textures.
Elastomeric Properties
Formulated to expand and contract, preventing cracks in the coating.
Protects Horizontal & Vertical Surfaces
Rejuvenates damaged masonry surfaces and can be tinted to match existing surface colors.
Safe to Use
Contains less than 2 g/L V.O.C.’s, no carcinogens, very low odor and can be applied on interior and exterior surfaces.
