Return Policy

Product being returned should be unused, unopened, and in good condition.

Please contact us at (888)765-7070 or send an email to orders@rainguard.com with your return request.  Make sure to reference your order number and the quantity you wish to return.

If approved, a RainguardPro representative will issue you a numbered Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via email.

Products returned without referencing the RMA number will not be credited.

Please refer to RainguardPro’s limitation of guarantee for additional details before an RMA is requested.

  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns
  • The sender (customer) is responsible for all return shipping charges
  • All returns must be made within 30 days from the date of receiving the order
  • Send a copy of your purchase confirmation and/or purchase order to orders@rainguard.com

Refunds (excluding any restocking fees) will be credited to your original form of payment once the return has been received in good condition with the accompanying RMA.
