Micro-Seal HD Silane/Siloxane Water Repellent is a solvent-free, 100% active solid, silane/ siloxane repellent for horizontal and vertical porous surfaces. Double the solids of the original Micro-Seal, the coating dries down to a non-yellowing natural finish. It protects against water intrusion, efflorescence, lime, spalling, freeze/thaw cycle damage, gas stains, oil stains, mold, mildew, and UV damage. 


    What It Is: A heavy duty sealer that provides invisible moisture, gasoline, and chemical resistance

    Surface Types: Concrete, Wood, Masonry, Paver (see TDS for full list)

    Formulation: A High Solids Silane/Siloxane Blend

    Coverage Rate: Approx. 50-410 sq. ft. / gallon (See TDS for details)

    What is Micro-Lok®?

    Micro-Seal HD is formulated with a proprietary ingredient called Micro-Lok. It creates a micro-molecular chemical and mechanical bond between the water repellent chemicals and the substrate.
