Tec-Top Elastomeric Waterproofer is a premium quality, high build, 100% acrylic water-based elastomeric coating for waterproofing. Tec-Top Elastomeric is vapor permeable yet resists the effects of wind-driven rain. It restores and beautifies damaged masonry surfaces as well as unifies new surface colors and textures.
